We started choosing a strategic location at 25 km from Alexandria city on the Cairo – Alexandria desert road situated at about 15 kilometer from Alexandria port, excellence reference for most of targeted activities.

A complete services workshop is operating a full service including: engine, gear box, suspension system, paint, body's refurbishment, electricity, washing and tires services.

For the time being we are employing four (4) engineers, four (4) mechanics/ electricians and six (6) workers.

The number will increase according to the market needs. 

 Our rescue team has participated in the Pharaons International cross-country Rally – Egypt 2008.

This support from the mobile service assisted to win the 3rd Diesel T2 place.

Our mobile service at 2000 km to rescue one of our Cement Mixer in difficult situation combined with bad weather in Gabal el Halal – El Arish. 

Our mobile service offers services at client premises upon request.

 Up to December 2008 SHACMAN has established its own offices for after sales services equipped with all required spare parts and engineers in the following countries:

Algeria, Sudan, Angola
Russia, Kazakhstan, Thailand
Saudi Arabia, United Emirates

Egypt is SHACMAN 1st focus plan for 2009 as regional center for the Middle East. A total of 9 offices will be established 2009 - 2014.
